Competency Based Interview – Each candidate has a through investigative interview which lasts an hour, probing gaps of employment, reasons for leaving and qualifying dates of employment. We concentrate on candidate’s key strengths and the value that they can bring to your company.
Skills Assessments – Each candidate will then be asked to complete a skills assessment by IBM – Kenexa Prove It with over 1500 validated assessments it gives us the power to identify and select the most talented candidates and employees. Again our assessment system can be designed to suit your company’s requirements offering a bespoke service.
Assessments can range from Basic to Advanced levels and include topics in Accounting, Behavioural, Call Centre, Clerical, Financial, Healthcare, Industrial, Legal, Software and Technical environments.
