We will spend time at Hall Recruitment getting to know you, what makes you tick, the kind of work you’re looking for, your likes and dislikes, your skills and experience. Our experienced consultants are trained to advise you and to put you at your ease.

We all work hard and we enjoy what we do and we think it’s important that you do too! When you register with us, we will spend as much time as we can with you. This gives you an opportunity to get to know us, learn how we operate and to ask as many questions as you like. So if you’re not sure about anything, just ask!
Making sure we have all your details
We will ask you to complete some applicant details for us and if applicable to take some skill assessments. This gives us an accurate profile of your capabilities and enables us to match your needs to those required by our clients.
We will also ask for a copy of your CV. Many clients like to see CV’s as well as hear details from a Consultant, before they decide whom they would like to interview.
Finding the job that’s right for you
Having found out all about you and your requirements, you can be sure that we will immediately begin searching for jobs which will be of interest to you, and for which you will be suitable. As we have close relationships with many employers, and know the type of staff they employ, we will also approach companies who may be interested in your skills and create a suitable vacancy for you.
Hall Recruitment uses advanced techniques and technology which means you have an even greater chance of finding the job you want quickly.
Given the large number of vacancies registered with us at any time, we may be able to arrange one or more interviews for you there and then. If not, make sure you keep in touch so we know where to contact you quickly should an opportunity arise.
We will go through and discuss the job details with you and, if you are interested, arrange an interview. If you have any doubts at all about a job we offer you or about going to an interview please just say. We are here to find a job that suits you and by letting us know that you are not interested, we can pass the opportunity to someone else.
It is always best if you can come into the office before an interview so we can fully brief you about the company and what to expect. Plus, we will also give you some information on how to make interviews a success which will give you lots of useful tips and advice.
After The Interview
It is important that you contact us as soon as you can, after your interview, to let us know how it went. We will also be following up the interview with the client and of course will contact you the minute we know if you have been successful or not.
Whatever the outcome we will provide constructive feedback so that your interview technique improves for the next time.
When you are successful
When an interview proves successful we will contact you immediately and if you wish to accept, will arrange starting dates and other details.
