Overview
We are seeking an experienced and sophisticated Temporary Corporate Receptionist to join a leading multinational professional services firm in Dublin 2 on a temporary basis. This role is ideal for a confident and capable individual with a background in corporate reception or office support who can hit the ground running.
As the face of the organisation, the Receptionist plays a key role in creating a professional, welcoming front-of-house environment, while also providing essential administrative support to ensure the smooth daily operation of the office.
Responsibilities
- Greet clients, guests, and staff with warmth and professionalism.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls and manage the reception inbox.
- Maintain a neat and professional reception area.
- Manage post and courier services, including distribution and dispatch.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and update calendars accordingly.
- Issue visitor badges and maintain accurate visitor logs.
- Provide administrative support such as data entry, document formatting, and filing.
- Liaise with building services and internal departments when required.
Candidate Requirements
Experience | Minimum 2-3 years in a receptionist, front-of-house, or professional customer service role, ideally within a corporate or multinational environment. |
Communication Skills | Excellent verbal and written English, with a polished and professional telephone manner. |
Technical Skills | Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel. Comfortable using shared calendars and email inboxes. |
Professionalism | Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, welcoming demeanour. Discretion when handling sensitive or confidential information. |
Organisation | Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask efficiently in a busy reception area. |
Availability | Immediate availability and commitment to the full contract duration from 24th June to 23rd July 2025. |
