
We are recruiting a Temporary Receptionist for a data management technology company based in Blanchardstown, Dublin 15. This front desk role will support the team during holiday leave periods and requires strong communication and organisational skills.
This assignment is split across two confirmed bookings:
- 7th – 11th July 2025 (1 week)
- 5th – 22nd August 2025 (2.5 weeks)
Applicants must be available for both date ranges. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a growing tech company in a professional and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist all visitors with a friendly, professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls and emails, redirecting queries appropriately.
- Coordinate post and courier deliveries.
- Oversee meeting room bookings and maintain tidy front-of-house areas.
- Provide administrative support such as document formatting and data entry.
Requirements
Availability | Must be available for both booking dates: 7–11 July and 5–22 August 2025. |
Reception Experience | Minimum of 2 years in a similar role, ideally within a professional or technology-based environment. |
Communication | Excellent verbal and written communication skills. |
Technical Skills | Proficiency in MS Office and general computer systems. |
Professionalism | Polished presentation and a customer-focused approach. |
Organisation | Strong time management and multitasking abilities. |
