Role Purpose
The Temporary Receptionist will provide front desk cover, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for visitors and staff during the assignment period. This short-term opportunity offers valuable corporate reception experience in a busy business park setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and direct visitors with professionalism and warmth.
- Manage incoming post and distribute to relevant recipients.
- Coordinate contractor arrivals and ensure smooth access procedures.
- Maintain meeting room booking system to avoid scheduling conflicts.
- Provide general administrative support to maintain daily operations.
Essential Requirements
- Experience
- Minimum 2 years’ reception/front desk experience in a professional office setting.
- Technical Skills
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Communication
- Warm, professional demeanour with the ability to make visitors feel welcome.
- Organisation
- Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail.
- Work Eligibility
- Full legal right to work in Ireland for the assignment period (no sponsorship available).
