As a Temporary Receptionist you will be responsible for meeting and greeting clients to the building, dealing with the incoming post and re directing calls.

Are looking for someone with minimum 2 years reception experience and who is available or interested in covering very short term temporary reception positions current days available 3, 20, 21 and 31 March 2023.
The Position Would Suit:
This position of temporary receptionist would suit a candidate with excellent communication skills, proficient with MS Office and enjoys working on reception.
The Contract:
This is a temporary position specifically for Holiday cover and pays up to €15.00 per hour.
The dates you must be available are:
- 3rd March 2023
- 20th March 2023
- 21st March 2023
- 31st March 2023
Your hours of work will be 8:00am – 17:00pm with one hour for lunch.
Role and Responsibility:
- Meeting and greeting visitors to the building
- Organising the incoming post
- Dealing with contractors arriving on site
- Managing the meeting room diary
- Dealing with couriers and outgoing post
The Ideal Candidate Should Have:
- Minimum 2 years corporate reception experience
- Proficient with MS Office
- Friendly and welcoming personality
