Overview
We are hiring a Temporary Part-Time Receptionist to provide professional front-of-house support and office administration in a busy corporate environment. This position is fully office-based and ideal for someone with proven reception experience, a professional attitude, and strong communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Greet all visitors, staff, and clients with a courteous and professional manner
- Manage incoming calls and reception email inbox.
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Handle incoming and outgoing post and couriers.
- Schedule meeting rooms and manage shared calendars.
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges.
- Input expenses on the Conqueror system – attention to detail essential.
- Liaise with colleagues and external contacts as needed.
Requirements
Experience | Minimum 2 years’ reception or front-of-house experience. |
Attention to Detail | Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks. |
Technical Skills | Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) |
Communication | Fluent English communication skills (verbal and written). |
Driving Licence | Full clean driving licence and access to own transport (essential due to location). |
Typing | Excellent organisational and typing skills. |
Presentation | Must be professionally presented – corporate attire is required. |
