Temporary Receptionist – Developers & Property Management Company
📍 Dublin City Centre | 🗓️ 16th – 20th June 2025 | 💶 €16.00 per hour |🕘 Hours: 9am – 5pm (30 min lunch)
We’re hiring a Temporary Receptionist to support our client—a respected property development and management firm—during a busy event week. This 5-day assignment is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong front-of-house experience and excellent communication skills.
The Role:
You’ll be the first point of contact for all visitors and staff, ensuring a professional, tidy, and welcoming reception environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming calls professionally
- Welcome and sign in visitors to the building
- Manage front desk presentation and maintain a tidy space
- Take and organise tea/coffee/lunch orders for guests
- Provide general administrative support as needed
During this particular week, the company will be hosting an event, so footfall will be higher than usual. You’ll be interacting with both internal staff (15 employees on-site) and a wide variety of visitors, so a calm, organised and friendly presence is essential.

- Well-spoken and confident communicator
- Professional appearance and manner
- Warm, hospitable and helpful attitude
- Prior front-desk or reception experience preferred
- Available for the full week from 16th to 20th June
Additional Information:
- Temporary 1-week role
- Onsite role in Dublin city centre
- €16.00 per hour, paid weekly
