About the Role

We’re hiring experienced and professional temporary receptionists for a variety of short-notice cover roles across Limerick. Assignments vary from one-day placements to several weeks and require individuals who are confident stepping into fast-paced office environments with little to no onboarding.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Greet visitors and manage front-desk operations
  • Handle incoming calls using multi-line phone systems
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and daily schedules
  • Manage post and liaise with couriers and deliveries
  • Carry out basic admin duties such as data entry and document handling
  • Provide reception cover across different office environments

What You’ll Need to Succeed

ExperienceMinimum 2 years’ experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role within a professional environment. Must be able to work independently from day one.
CommunicationClear verbal and written English. Professional phone manner and confidence dealing with staff, clients, and contractors.
Technical SkillsProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel). Comfortable using phone systems and visitor logs.
AvailabilityMust be flexible and open to part-time, full-time, or single-day cover roles depending on client need.
TransportAccess to personal transport (car, motorbike, etc.) is essential for travelling to sites in business parks or industrial estates.
