About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Temporary Administrative Assistant with strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe software for a short-term assignment. Your primary responsibility will be to provide high-level administrative support, focusing on creating and editing visual content for presentations and reports. You will work closely with a team of professionals to ensure seamless project delivery.


Key Responsibilities

  • Create and edit PowerPoint presentations to support various projects.
  • Assist with design tasks using Adobe software (e.g., Adobe Acrobat, Photoshop, or InDesign).
  • Provide general administrative support, including document preparation and data entry.
  • Collaborate with team members to complete assigned tasks efficiently.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Practical experience with Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Proficiency in Adobe software (such as Adobe Acrobat, Photoshop, or InDesign).
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
