Quality Compliance Administrator

Location: South Dublin
Contract: Temporary
Contract Length: 6 months

Hours Per Week: 37.5 Hours Per Week
Hours-Of-Work: 9:00AM to 17:30PM

About the Role

We are seeking a Quality Compliance Administrator to join the compliance team for a temporary 6-month position. This vital role ensures the maintenance of quality systems and regulatory compliance within a dynamic, high-volume environment. Key responsibilities include managing product complaints, triaging email inquiries, and supporting the Learning Management System (LMS), which can be handled remotely.

This opportunity is ideal for graduates eager to develop their skills or experienced professionals looking to expand their expertise in compliance. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate initiative, strong organisational skills, and the ability to manage a busy workload with minimal supervision.

Location: South Co. Dublin
Position Type: Fixed-Term Contract (6 months)
Work Environment: Hybrid (Tuesday and Wednesday office-based, with three remote days)
Salary: €50,000 (dependent on experience, pro-rata)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week; Monday to Friday; 9:00AM to 17:30PM (1 Hour Lunchbreak)

What You Need to Succeed

Essential Requirements

  • 2+ Years of Experience working within quality systems, compliance, or a regulated environment (open to graduates eager to gain experience).
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with ICH guidelines, EU GMPs, US CFRs, and ISO standards.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Software Proficiency: Experience with Trackwise Digital, Microsoft Office Suite, and Vivavolt.
  • Organisational Skills: Ability to manage high volumes of work efficiently.

Desirable Skills

  • Process Improvement Training: Certifications in Lean Six Sigma or similar frameworks.
  • Technical Writing Skills: Ability to prepare and review compliance documentation.
  • Experience in Regulatory Affairs: Understanding of compliance and reporting processes.
