About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised Talent Acquisition and HR Coordinator to provide essential administrative support to the HR team of a well-established specialist retailer and manufacturer in Swords, North County Dublin. This role has been created to help ease the administrative workload, particularly in recruitment-related tasks. You will be responsible for CV screening, job postings, interview coordination, and general HR administration.
This opportunity is ideal for someone with a recruitment background who is looking to transition into a broader HR role. If you have experience in posting job adverts, screening applications, and supporting the recruitment process, this role will allow you to build on those skills within a structured HR environment. The initial contract is for three months, with the possibility of extension or a permanent offer based on performance.
Key Highlights
- Recruitment Support – Post job adverts on platforms like Indeed, Jobs.ie, IrishJobs, and screen CVs for different roles.
- Interview Coordination – Assist in scheduling and conducting interviews as needed.
- HR Administration – Support the HR team with employee lifecycle administration, including onboarding, document processing, and HR record management.
- Policy & Compliance – Assist with updates to HR policies and procedures as required.
- Data & Reporting – Use Excel to track HR metrics such as new hires, turnover rates, and agency spending.
- HR Systems Support – Work with Softworks (HR software) to manage employee records and timekeeping.
- General Admin – Maintain HR files, draft correspondence, and support internal HR communications.
Requirements:
Essential Requirements
✅ HR Administrative Experience – Strong background in HR support tasks, particularly recruitment administration.
✅ Recruitment Expertise – Experience in CV screening, job advert writing, and interview coordination.
✅ Excellent Organisational Skills – Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
✅ Microsoft Office Proficiency – Confident in using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for reporting and documentation.
✅ Attention to Detail – Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
✅ Strong Communication Skills – Ability to liaise professionally with both candidates and internal teams.
Desirable Skills
➕ Softworks HR Software Experience – Familiarity with Softworks or similar HR management systems.
