About the Job:
The Supply Chain Sourcing Manager will oversee end-to-end sourcing operations, managing sub-contractors, material suppliers, consultants, and ongoing supplier relationship management. You will work closely with business stakeholders to ensure sourcing activities align with group requirements and support business growth. This role involves collaborating with internal teams to source, evaluate, and propose supply chain solutions tailored to the company’s needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee long-term supply plans and coordinate sourcing drives.
- Collect and publish supplier capacity information, considering manufacturing capabilities, team size, scalability, and test capacity.
- Conduct continuous reviews of supplier performance and relationships with project teams.
- Manage site-specific supply chain requirements and liaise with suppliers and site teams.
- Monitor strategic suppliers’ performance, maintaining focus on key measures supporting business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with responsible sourcing, ethics, and regulatory requirements, enhancing global transparency.
- Support adherence to relevant policies and procedures.
- Implement rigorous governance through supplier relationships.
- Identify opportunities to improve supplier performance and drive value.
- Perform deep analytical performance management.
- Seek innovation in processes, cost reduction, risk management, and performance enhancement.
- Maintain commercial market awareness and regulatory developments.
- Develop robust contingency plans for supply chain disruptions.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 6 years’ experience in a Supply Chain Sourcing Manager role.
- Background in construction operations.
- Significant experience in managing supplier relationships.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or Engineering.
- Extensive experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Ariba).
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Experience with Supplier Master Service Agreements (MSAs).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
- Ability to travel extensively as required.
