About the Job
As the Supply Chain Sourcing Manager, you will lead end-to-end sourcing operations, including managing sub-contractors, material suppliers, and consultants. This role focuses on developing supply chain strategies, supplier relationship management, and ensuring all sourcing activities align with business growth goals. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and oversee the performance of strategic suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop long-term supply plans and lead sourcing drives.
- Collect and report supplier capacity information, considering team size, scalability, and capabilities.
- Conduct continuous performance reviews of suppliers in collaboration with project teams.
- Monitor site-specific supply chain requirements and ensure seamless communication between suppliers and teams.
- Ensure compliance with responsible sourcing ethics and regulatory requirements.
- Drive value and performance through supplier relationship management and innovation.
- Develop contingency plans for potential supply chain disruptions.
- Maintain commercial awareness and manage market developments to enhance sourcing strategies.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 6 years’ experience in a Supply Chain Sourcing Manager role.
- Background in construction operations and supplier management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Operations, or Engineering.
- Strong ERP systems experience (e.g., SAP Ariba).
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Experience with Supplier Master Service Agreements (MSAs).
- Excellent communication skills and proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Ability to travel extensively as required.
