You will keep accurate records, support meetings and events, and ensure communications are clear, timely, and professional. Essential Requirements
- Experience
- 3–4 years in a front-line administrative, customer service, or educational office role.
- Communication
- Fluent English (written & spoken) with excellent interpersonal and telephone skills; able to manage sensitive situations professionally.
- Technical Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook; experienced with administrative/CRM systems for student or client records.
- Organisation & Accuracy
- Strong time management, attention to detail, and capability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
- Professionalism
- Dependable, courteous, calm under pressure, with a service-driven mindset.
- Eligibility
- Legal right to work in Ireland is essential (no sponsorship; student permissions such as Stamp 1G/Stamp 2 are not eligible).
Desirable Attributes
- Experience within an educational or student services environment.
- Familiarity with helpdesk or service ticketing tools.
- Strong initiative, problem-solving, and a proactive, team-focused approach.
