About the Role
We’re seeking a professional and personable Student Services Support representative for a prestigious academic institution in Dublin. This is a front-facing role providing first-line support to students and parents across reception, helpdesk, and administrative functions. - Act as the first point of contact at reception – in-person, by phone and email
- Engage directly with students and parents in a professional and empathetic manner
- Respond to helpdesk queries and support requests, ensuring prompt and accurate resolutions
- Use internal systems to record all customer interactions in line with procedures
- Support administrative tasks and provide ad hoc assistance as required
What You’ll Need to Succeed
Experience | Previous experience in a front-line administrative, customer support, or educational office role. |
Communication | Excellent verbal and written English. Confident handling queries with professionalism and empathy. |
Technical Skills | Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Able to use multiple systems for contact management. |
Professionalism | Friendly and approachable with strong attention to detail. Capable of multitasking and using discretion. |

Education Sector Experience
Experience working in a student or school office environment.
Helpdesk Systems
Familiarity with service desk or ticketing tools.
