About the Role

We’re seeking a professional and personable Student Services Support representative for a prestigious academic institution in Dublin. This is a front-facing role providing first-line support to students and parents across reception, helpdesk, and administrative functions. You’ll be key to ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for all who visit or contact the school.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Act as the first point of contact at reception – in-person, by phone and email
  • Engage directly with students and parents in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Respond to helpdesk queries and support requests, ensuring prompt and accurate resolutions
  • Use internal systems to record all customer interactions in line with procedures
  • Support administrative tasks and provide ad hoc assistance as required

What You’ll Need to Succeed

ExperiencePrevious experience in a front-line administrative, customer support, or educational office role.
CommunicationExcellent verbal and written English. Confident handling queries with professionalism and empathy.
Technical SkillsStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Able to use multiple systems for contact management.
ProfessionalismFriendly and approachable with strong attention to detail. Capable of multitasking and using discretion.

Education Sector Experience

Experience working in a student or school office environment.

Helpdesk Systems

Familiarity with service desk or ticketing tools.

Problem Solving

Ability to resolve queries efficiently and independently.

Team Collaboration

Proactive and willing to take on additional tasks as needed.
