ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Team manager, developer, and leader
- Able to implement procedural policies
- Ensure best money value through continual supply services review
- Facility maintenance and performance reports
- Oversee data analysis for further team improvement
- Maintain both paper based and electronic records
- Develop and regulate SOP’s for facilities
- Deliver continuous improvement by employing best practice and innovative solutions
- Ensuring all contracts are operating within contractual KPI’s and SLA’s.
- Ensuring customer focus and effective relationships with clients
- Quality, Environmental & Health and Safety Compliance of operations
- Organizational leadership requiring minimal supervision with task updates
- Adherence to company policies and procedures
- Delivering continuous improvement by employing best practice and innovative solutions
- Building positive relationships with clients and customers.
- Ensuring all contracts are operating within contractual KPI’s and SLA’s.
- Develop Facility Management KPI’s
- Monitor department commitments and assignments related to compliance and quality systems
- Report facility maintenance performance to management
- Providing leadership, management and development of assigned contracts ensuring financial and operational commitments are met and exceeded.
- Accountability for operational budgets, monthly expenditures and invoicing
- Develop detailed shutdown schedules with all stakeholders, reporting on execution progress
- Provide support to maintenance technicians with upkeep of black and clean utility systems without business interruption
- Planned alignment of site and client expansions
ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in a technical, building services or engineering role
- Minimum 4 years’ experience working in a regulated environment (FDA, NRC or similar)
- 2 years’ experience in a cGMP environment.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a supervisory role on the maintenance of building and production equipment
- Pharma/Food industry experience
- GDP/GMP experience
- Budgetary Experience
- 3rd level qualification
- Knowledge of Facility & Maintenance Systems and pharmaceutical manufacturing
- Knowledge of CAPAs, root cause analysis, training
- Good verbal and written communication skills, and documentation practices
- Experience in Hard FM, Maintenance, Project and Energy Management Services
