About the Role
We’re recruiting a Senior Property Manager to take charge of a residential portfolio based in Meath. In this full-time permanent role, you’ll lead all aspects of block management, maintain strong client relationships with OMCs, and ensure high-quality service delivery in line with SLAs. You’ll be supported by a full administration, accounts, credit control, and operations team.

- Manage a portfolio of residential developments
- Oversee all administration and service delivery across properties
- Attend and chair Directors’ meetings, AGMs/EGMs (after hours)
- Prepare budgets, review expenditure and ensure financial control
- Conduct regular site visits and manage maintenance schedules
- Liaise with Directors, Operations, Accounts, and Insurance teams
- Respond to all client queries and provide high-level service
- Coordinate and conclude project work across the portfolio
What You’ll Need to Succeed
Experience | 5+ years in Facilities / Property Management in the Irish residential block sector. |
Qualifications | A valid PSRA licence (Class D) and a third-level qualification in Real Estate, Property Management, or similar. |
Technical Skills | Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Property CRM systems. |
Legislation | Up-to-date knowledge of all relevant property legislation. |
Driving | Full driving licence and access to your own vehicle. |
