About the Role
We’re seeking a Senior Residential Property Manager to oversee a substantial portfolio of multi-unit residential developments for a long-established property management firm in Dublin 15. This is a permanent, full-time role involving direct engagement with OMCs, site management, and compliance oversight.

- Manage a portfolio of residential developments, including site visits
- Chair and attend AGMs, EGMs, and board meetings
- Oversee budgeting, expenditure, and financial reporting
- Coordinate maintenance schedules, tenders, and project work
- Liaise with accounts, legal, and operations teams
- Handle credit control, insurance claims, and compliance documents
- Provide updates and reporting to clients and senior leadership
What You’ll Need to Succeed
Experience | 5+ years in Facilities or Property Management within a residential setting, managing OMCs. |
Licence & Qualification | PSRA D licence and relevant third-level qualification in Property, Real Estate, or similar. |
Knowledge | Strong understanding of OMC regulations, MUD Act, and property legislation. |
Technical Skills | Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and property CRM systems. |
Transport | Full driving licence and access to own vehicle. |
