About the Job:

As the Senior Financial Planning Consultant you will provide professional advice and guidance to clients on managing their finances to achieve their financial goals.  You will advise clients with various aspects of financial planning, including investments, retirement and insurance, creating a comprehensive financial plan that aligns with the client’s objectives, risk tolerance, and time horizon.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Channel Management: Oversee and develop multiple sales channels, ensuring optimal performance and growth.

Pipeline Cultivation: Collaborate with internal teams and external advisors to build and manage your sales pipelines.

Client Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture excellent relationships with clients and prospects, ensuring their needs are met with the highest standards of service.

Event Management: Take part in or lead initiatives related to event management and presentations, showcasing your expertise and the company’s offerings.

Team Support: Actively support management and team members in various activities, contributing to a collaborative and high-performing work environment.

Professional Advice: Provide expert advice on Life, Pensions, and Investment products, tailoring solutions to meet client requirements.

Compliance Adherence: Ensure all recommendations and solutions adhere to compliance regulations and standards, maintaining the integrity and trust of the brokerage

Ambitious Professional: You have a minimum of 7 years of sales experience with a proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets.

Qualified and Committed: You hold a QFA qualification

and are committed to further education and professional development.
