A distinguished high-net-worth individual with a significant influence in global business is seeking a Senior Executive Assistant and Household Manager. This individual, who operates at the pinnacle of the corporate world, requires a seasoned professional to ensure the seamless management of both personal and professional affairs. This role is based in a luxurious estate in Saint-Tropez, with extensive travel required to support the principal during high-profile business events and meetings across the globe.

About the Job:

This is not a standard Executive Assistant role. As the Senior Executive Assistant and Household Manager, you will be working directly for a figure who commands the highest respect in international business circles. Your role will be pivotal in managing the principal’s private estate in Saint-Tropez, ensuring that the property and its staff operate at the highest standards. Additionally, you will be required to travel extensively, accompanying the principal to various international destinations to provide comprehensive support during critical business engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the principal’s estate in Saint-Tropez, including coordinating with household staff and ensuring all activities are conducted smoothly.
  • Manage and supervise the household staff, ensuring that all duties are performed to the exacting standards required by the principal.
  • Organise and manage complex travel arrangements, including private jets and luxury accommodations, ensuring all logistics are meticulously planned and executed.
  • Provide high-level administrative support, including scheduling, correspondence, and document management, with a strict adherence to confidentiality and discretion.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all external vendors and contractors, managing ongoing projects and ensuring timely completion.
  • Accompany the principal on international travel, providing support during business events, meetings, and other high-profile engagements.
  • Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism in all dealings, both within the estate and in external interactions.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • It is essential that you possess extensive experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, with high-profile or high-net-worth environments.
  • Strong organisational and logistical management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to a dynamic and demanding schedule.
  • Proven experience in managing luxury estates or large properties, with a deep understanding of household operations and staff management.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a disciplined, methodical approach to work.
  • Ability to work independently, make informed decisions, and provide solutions in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
  • Willingness to relocate and live on-site in Saint-Tropez, with the flexibility to travel extensively.
  • Ability to speak French would be an advantage, but is not essential.
  • Must be an EU citizen, EEA (European Economic Area) national, or Swiss national to ensure ease of travel within the EU, EEA, and Switzerland.
