About the Job
The Senior Corporate Receptionist will serve as the primary point of contact for the firm’s elite clientele. This role requires a seasoned professional with a minimum of 4-5 years of experience working directly with High Net Worth Individuals (HNWIs) in a corporate reception or client-facing role within a high-end, professional environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex schedules and providing top-tier administrative support in a fast-paced, high-pressure setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Interaction: Greet and manage interactions with HNWIs, ensuring each client experience is handled with the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Front Desk Management: Oversee the front desk operations, ensuring all client-facing activities align with the firm’s standards of excellence.
- Appointment Coordination: Manage and coordinate client meetings and schedules, liaising with partners to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
- Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support, including handling confidential documents, managing booking systems, and coordinating complex schedules.
- Office Security: Maintain a secure environment by managing access to the office and ensuring the privacy and safety of all clients and staff.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients, proactively addressing their needs and ensuring a smooth and positive experience.

- Experience: A minimum of 4-5 years’ experience in a corporate reception or client-facing role within a high-end, professional environment, with a proven track record of working with High Net Worth Individuals (this is an essential criteria).
- Skills: Exceptional organisational abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and high-pressure situations with ease.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a polished and professional manner.
- Resilience: Ability to remain composed and effective in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating confidence and professionalism in all client interactions.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel; familiarity with booking systems such as Exact and Cliniko is advantageous.
- Education: A relevant third-level qualification is preferred; additional certifications in office administration or client services are a plus.
