Are you an experienced Senior Administrator/PA, with 4-5 years’ experience & living near Dublin 8 looking for your next opportunity? In this role, you’ll manage diaries, travel arrangements, meetings, and office administration, acting as the key point of contact for facilities and liaising with European offices. 📍 Location, Salary & Benefits
- Location: Dublin 8 (Office-based)
- Salary: €40,000 – €44,000 DOE
- Position Type: Permanent, Full-Time
- Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM start)
- Start Date: ASAP
- Holidays: 20 days pro rata

🔹 Key Responsibilities
- PA & Diary Management – Manage senior leadership calendars, book travel, schedule meetings, and coordinate performance reviews.
- Office Administration – Oversee office organisation, maintain supplies, and ensure a professional, well-run workspace.
- Meeting & Event Coordination – Prepare meeting rooms, arrange refreshments, and set up IT equipment.
- Facilities Management Liaison – Act as the main contact for building-related matters, working with the facilities manager.
- European Office Liaison – Communicate with other European offices and attend coordination meetings.
- Leave & Attendance Tracking – Monitor employee annual leave, sick days, and maintain accurate records.
- Reception & Mail Handling – Greet visitors, manage post and general office correspondence.
- Travel & Accommodation Bookings – Arrange flights, hotels, and transport for business travel.
✅ Essential Requirements
- 5+ years of senior administrative experience, ideally in a professional or creative industry.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Teams).
- Excellent diary and leave management experience.
- Highly organised and detail-oriented, with strong multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills for liaising with senior leadership and external stakeholders.
- Experience with travel and event coordination.
- Proactive and self-sufficient, with the ability to take initiative.
➕ Desirable Skills
- Experience in architecture, design, or creative industries.
- Familiarity with SharePoint.
- Background in event planning and CPD coordination.
