We are recruiting for a full-time, permanent Sales Administrator on behalf of our client, a recognised leader in the promotions and awards industry. Based in Dublin, this is a hybrid administrative and client-support role, ideal for candidates with a background in order processing, CRM tools, and customer engagement. The successful candidate will support the launch of a major new project and contribute to the smooth handling of end-to-end customer service operations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer orders from initial enquiry to fulfilment and aftersales support.
  • Operate the company website, online help desk, and back-office systems.
  • Handle inbound sales queries and provide timely responses via phone and email.
  • Process quotes and sales orders accurately using internal software.
  • Update customers on order confirmations, back-orders, and delivery timeframes.
  • Assist with queries about logistics, delivery schedules, and delays.
  • Maintain precise customer and order records within the CRM system.
  • Support the preparation of presentations, tenders, and sales documentation.

Requirements

ExperienceMinimum 2 years in a sales or administrative support role.
Order ProcessingExperience managing and processing orders via email or phone.
IT ProficiencyProficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; experience with Sage 50 preferred.
CommunicationStrong written and verbal English communication skills.
OrganisationHighly organised, with the ability to multitask and manage competing deadlines.
Typing & Data EntryGood typing speed and attention to detail for accurate record-keeping.
Work EthicSelf-starter, able to work independently and within a team.
EligibilityMust hold a valid visa or permit to work in Ireland.
