About the Role
We’re hiring a Sales Administrator to join a thriving business in the promotions and awards industry based in Dublin 12. This is a full-time, permanent role supporting a major new client project. You’ll manage end-to-end order processing, support customers via phone and email, and keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

- Manage customer orders from initial enquiry to delivery and follow-up
- Handle inbound sales queries and provide updates on quotes, orders, and delivery
- Operate online helpdesk, company website, and internal admin systems
- Accurately process sales orders and maintain CRM records
- Support logistics tracking, manage backorders, and liaise on delivery queries
- Assist in preparing sales presentations, quotes, and documentation
What You’ll Need to Succeed
Experience | Minimum 4 years in a sales admin role, ideally within a manufacturing or engineering environment. |
Order Processing | Skilled in handling customer orders under pressure and to tight deadlines. |
Technical Skills | Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel). Sage 50 knowledge is a plus. |
Communication | Fluent English with excellent verbal and written communication skills. |
Organisation | Highly organised with multitasking ability and a keen eye for detail. |
Typing | Fast and accurate typing with data entry experience. |
Independence | Self-starter capable of working independently and as part of a team. |
Eligibility | Applicants must be eligible to work permanently in Ireland. |
