Regional Facilities Manager: Leading Facilities, Transforming Regions

Hall Recruitment, specialist Facilities Management Recruiters, are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Facilities Manager to join our client’s organisation a leading facility management company to lead their facility operations across multiple sites in the Dublin region.

Job Summary:

As the Regional Facilities Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our facilities within the designated region. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of soft services management, site operations, and client services, making you a key contributor to our success.


Responsibilities:

  1. Soft Services Management:
    • Oversee and manage all soft services, including janitorial, landscaping, and security, to maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all occupants.
    • Develop and implement service standards, ensuring a high level of quality and consistency.
  2. Site Operations:
    • Take charge of the day-to-day operations of multiple facilities within the region, optimizing their functionality and efficiency.
    • Coordinate maintenance activities, repairs, and renovations as necessary.
    • Monitor and manage budgets related to facility operations and maintenance.
  3. Facilities Services Leadership:
    • Lead a team of dedicated facility professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure exceptional service delivery.
    • Foster a collaborative and proactive work culture within the team.
  4. Client Services:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet their expectations.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns, addressing them promptly and professionally.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in facilities management, including soft services, site operations, and client services.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Budget management and financial acumen.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices and regulations.
