Job Summary:
As the Regional Facilities Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our facilities within the designated region. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of soft services management, site operations, and client services, making you a key contributor to our success.
Responsibilities:
- Soft Services Management:
- Oversee and manage all soft services, including janitorial, landscaping, and security, to maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all occupants.
- Develop and implement service standards, ensuring a high level of quality and consistency.
- Site Operations:
- Take charge of the day-to-day operations of multiple facilities within the region, optimizing their functionality and efficiency.
- Coordinate maintenance activities, repairs, and renovations as necessary.
- Monitor and manage budgets related to facility operations and maintenance.
- Facilities Services Leadership:
- Lead a team of dedicated facility professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Foster a collaborative and proactive work culture within the team.
- Client Services:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet their expectations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns, addressing them promptly and professionally.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in facilities management, including soft services, site operations, and client services.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Budget management and financial acumen.
- Knowledge of industry best practices and regulations.
