About the Job
A well-established property management company in Dunboyne is seeking a Property Administrator to join its growing team. This office-based role is ideal for an organised and detail-oriented individual with administration and customer service experience. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced office environment and have strong communication and organisational skills, this is an excellent opportunity.
As a Property Administrator, you will support the Property Manager with daily administrative tasks, coordinate customer service queries, and liaise with tenants, contractors, and committee members. Previous experience in property management, real estate, or customer service is an advantage but not essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Support: Respond to tenant and client queries, providing professional and efficient assistance.
- Service Coordination: Log and arrange call-outs for service contractors as required.
- Administrative Support: Assist the Property Manager with reports, emails, and documentation.
- Document Preparation: Draft and distribute newsletters, notices, meeting minutes, and other materials.
- Meeting Assistance: Help prepare for committee meetings and provide administrative support during meetings.
- Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with committee members and property directors on relevant matters.
- General Administration: Handle office tasks, data entry, and other duties as needed.
Requirements
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in an administrative or customer service role.
- Strong background in a busy office environment, with excellent multi-tasking and organisational skills.
- Ability to prioritise workload, meet tight deadlines, and work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- A positive, proactive attitude and ability to work well within a team.
Desirable Skills
- Previous experience in property management, real estate, or a related sector.
- Knowledge of customer service systems or CRM software.
