Production Data Reviewer SME

About the Job:

Reporting to the System Leader, the Production Data Reviewer SME will support the day-to-day Production Record review requirements for all cleaning; pre-production records and all miscellaneous records as executed to support the manufacturing facilities. In addition, the role will ensure any electronic data associated with the day to day Production records is reviewed and within the defined controlled limits.  In addition, the Production Data Reviewer SME will support and facilitate Quality to ensure right first-time metrics are adhered.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute the review of paper and electronic Cleaning; Pre-Production, Sub-division Records; identifying any quality related issues, ensure data Integrity adherence and clearly communicating with the relevant areas to ensure corrections are performed as defined in a timely manner.
  • Execute the associated electronic review associated with the data defined in the Production records ensuring alignment and adherence to Quality guidance.
  • Perform Orphan data review for relevant systems to ensure all data associated with a production/cleaning activity is accounted and included within the review period. In addition, investigate and document any anomalies with the relevant data identified.
  • Support development and optimisation of systems to implement and improve Electronic and Orphan data reviews.
  • Communicate Production Record improvements based on repeated corrections identified to the Production Record management Owner.
  • Ensure your role is performed in a Safety complaint manner with adherence to all GMP Policies and Procedures.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Diploma or equivalent in a Manufacturing Qualification
  • GMP understanding and ability to follow and execute Policies and Procedures and compliance to ALCOA+ principles
  • System skills and ability to learn new systems
  • Understanding of Manufacturing activities and Plant Equipment
  • Interpersonal Team membership e.g. Listening, integrating diverse perspectives, adds
  • value to the achievement of team goals; providing feedback in a manner to gain results.
  • Attention to detail, Communication skills both written and oral, Time management
  • Planning and Scheduling
