Company Overview:

This role is based in a school setting located in Westmanstown, Co. Dublin, where you will oversee evening classes on a weekly basis. We are seeking a candidate with previous experience in a school environment, ideally within Ireland.

About the Job:

The Part-Time Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that evening classes run smoothly every Monday. This role involves setting up classrooms, greeting students and tutors, handling any issues that may arise, and securing the building at the end of the evening.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare classrooms before the arrival of students and tutors
• Welcome students and tutors and provide assistance as required
• Address any challenges or issues during the classes
• Ensure the campus is locked and secure after the last class

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Previous experience working in a school environment in Ireland
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle minor challenges professionally
• Well-organised, with the ability to manage classroom setups and ensure the building is securely locked
