About the Role
We’re hiring a part-time Office Administrator to support the daily operations of a professional office environment in Dublin. This role is key to ensuring smooth internal processes, efficient document handling, and a polished front-of-house presence.

- Answer calls and emails, directing them to the right people
- Greet and assist visitors and suppliers in a professional manner
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, manage calendars, and book rooms
- Order and monitor office supplies, ensuring everything runs smoothly
- Maintain filing systems and update both paper and digital records
- Prepare documents, enter data, and support with reports
- Arrange couriers and liaise with building or service providers
- Assist with onboarding new staff and updating internal contact lists
- Support accounts with basic invoicing or expense tracking
- Ensure the office remains tidy, safe, and well-organised
- Provide administrative support to wider team and management
What You’ll Need to Succeed
Experience | 2–3 years in an office administration role in a professional setting |
Technical Skills | Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) |
Communication | Fluent English speaker with strong written and verbal skills |
Organisation | Excellent multitasking and prioritisation abilities |
Professionalism | Polite and efficient manner in all interactions |
