About the Role

We’re hiring a part-time Office Administrator to support the daily operations of a professional office environment in Dublin. This role is key to ensuring smooth internal processes, efficient document handling, and a polished front-of-house presence.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Answer calls and emails, directing them to the right people
  • Greet and assist visitors and suppliers in a professional manner
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, manage calendars, and book rooms
  • Order and monitor office supplies, ensuring everything runs smoothly
  • Maintain filing systems and update both paper and digital records
  • Prepare documents, enter data, and support with reports
  • Arrange couriers and liaise with building or service providers
  • Assist with onboarding new staff and updating internal contact lists
  • Support accounts with basic invoicing or expense tracking
  • Ensure the office remains tidy, safe, and well-organised
  • Provide administrative support to wider team and management

What You’ll Need to Succeed

Experience2–3 years in an office administration role in a professional setting
Technical SkillsProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
CommunicationFluent English speaker with strong written and verbal skills
OrganisationExcellent multitasking and prioritisation abilities
ProfessionalismPolite and efficient manner in all interactions

It’s a Plus If You Also Demonstrate

Qualifications

Certificate in Business Administration or Office Management

HR or Accounts Exposure

Experience assisting with onboarding or expense tracking

Health & Safety

Awareness of workplace safety standards
