About the Role
We are hiring a confident and capable Office Administrator to support daily operations in a professional, structured environment in Dublin 2. This is a full-time, permanent role offering consistent working hours and excellent benefits. As the central point of contact for a well-established organisation, you’ll provide broad administrative support, maintain front-of-house presence, and liaise with facilities contractors as needed. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, naturally personable, and comfortable switching between formal and informal communication styles with ease.

- Manage front-desk enquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Support department heads and leadership with admin tasks
- Coordinate meetings, documents, reports, and schedules
- Liaise with facilities contractors and service providers
- Communicate confidently with tradespeople using shorthand and charm
- Represent the company in a front-of-house, visible setting
- Maintain internal records, correspondence logs, and reports
- Provide administrative cover during staff absences
What You’ll Need to Succeed
Experience | 3–5 years’ administrative experience in a structured setting |
Communication | Fluent English; comfortable with both formal and informal tone |
Organisation | Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritise workload |
IT Skills | Proficient in MS Office and familiar with CRMs or internal systems |
Professionalism | Presentable, dependable, and able to manage confidential information |
Work Status | Must have full legal right to work in Ireland. No visa support available |
It’s a Plus If You Also Demonstrate
Facilities Coordination Experience liaising with trades or maintenance personnel. |
CRM or Systems Familiarity Confidence using databases, CRM systems or Microsoft Office beyond the basics. |
Front-of-House Experience Background in visible reception or front-office areas. |
Event or Visitor Support Involvement in meetings, scheduling, or hosting formal events. |
