About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to support two Joint Chief Executives at the helm of a highly influential organisation in Dublin. This is not your standard EA position — it offers exposure to high-profile decision-making across real estate, corporate investment, government affairs, and international business.
The successful candidate will act as a trusted gatekeeper, ensuring the CEOs’ time is protected and focused on strategic priorities. This role demands discretion, foresight, and a genuine interest in commercial and political landscapes.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as gatekeeper and first point of contact for the Joint CEOs, handling communications with discretion and diplomacy.
- Manage complex diaries, international travel, board meetings, and stakeholder engagements.
- Prepare high-quality board packs, briefing notes, reports, and presentations.
- Liaise confidently with senior executives, legal and financial partners, and government or policy-related stakeholders.
- Anticipate requirements, ensuring the CEOs are fully briefed and prepared for meetings and engagements.
- Coordinate office administration related to the CEOs, including expenses, document management, and confidential files.
- Support special projects and high-level events, ensuring flawless organisation and representation.
Essential Requirements
- Experience
- Minimum 10 years’ experience as an EA/PA supporting C-Suite executives within a professional services organisation, including board-level support.
- Communication
- Native-level equivalent English (verbal & written) with demonstrable experience drafting executive, publication, and governmental correspondence.
- Commercial Awareness
- Strong financial and business literacy; confident handling contracts, reports, and commercially sensitive documentation.
- Technical Skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Canva and familiarity with modern scheduling/productivity tools.
- Stakeholder Management
- Proven ability to liaise with multinational corporations, senior executives, and government representatives with discretion and professionalism.
- Organisation
- Exceptional organisational ability; accurate management of competing priorities in a high-pressure, fast-moving environment.
