About the Job
As a Customer Service Representative, you will manage key client accounts in a busy office environment. Your role will involve processing orders, handling customer queries, and collaborating with internal departments such as warehouse, transport, and sales teams to ensure smooth service delivery. SAP experience is essential for this role, and excellent communication skills will be key to your success.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day management of assigned customer accounts.
- Ensure timely, accurate, and effective responses to customer queries and complaints.
- Liaise with warehouse and transport departments to resolve customer issues.
- Coordinate and process orders, including collections and returns.
- Generate regular reports on performance and customer feedback.
- Communicate regularly with marketing and sales staff regarding customer needs.
- Prioritise and manage workload to meet deadlines and exceed customer expectations.
- Review and maintain quality standards for all customer interactions.
- Contribute to improving business performance by developing best practice procedures.
