Customer Experience Coordinator

Our client, one of Ireland’s leading independent educational organisations, is located in the heart of Dublin. Known for its strong team ethic and excellent working environment, they are currently looking for an experienced and customer-focused Customer Experience Coordinator to join their dynamic and busy team.

About the Job:

As a Customer Experience Coordinator, you will provide professional advice and support to clients daily, both over the phone and via email. Your responsibilities include advising clients on various courses, guiding them through the application process, and assisting new starters with technical issues via Teams and phone, ensuring a seamless start and continued support throughout their journey with the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle reception duties, including phone calls, email correspondence, and in-person queries.
  • Liaise directly with customers (students, parents, and teachers).
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to customer queries and requests.
  • Maintain accountability for accurate and timely assistance to customers.
  • Resolve Helpdesk incidents and requests at first contact.
  • Perform various administrative tasks as needed.
  • Undertake other duties as assigned by the Office Manager.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficient in using different software systems; experience with Salesforce is advantageous.
  • Strong administrative skills.
  • High efficiency and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to adapt and learn.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Team player with a strong team ethic.
  • Tech-savvy with strong IT and systems knowledge.
