About the Role

We’re hiring a Corporate Receptionist to represent the front-of-house operations at a leading multinational office in Dublin. You’ll be the first point of contact for senior visitors and clients, supporting high-level communications, meetings, and administration.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Greet and assist executive guests and clients
  • Operate a busy switchboard and manage call handling
  • Book and prepare meeting rooms, including catering and tech setup
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors
  • Maintain visitor logs and ensure building security protocols are followed
  • Handle confidential documentation and access control

What You’ll Need to Succeed

ExperienceMinimum 3–5 years in a front-of-house, corporate receptionist, or EA role within a professional or multinational environment.
CommunicationFluent verbal and written English, confident liaising with senior stakeholders, and professional telephone manner.
Technical SkillsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite; adept with shared calendars, inboxes, and booking systems.
AvailabilityImmediate availability with commitment to the full contract period: 30th June – 5th December 2025.

It’s a Plus If You Also Demonstrate

Work Environment Experience

Previous experience in a global corporate setting.

Systems Knowledge

Familiarity with CRM systems or visitor management tools.

Reception Tools

Experience with switchboard or digital sign-in systems.

Meeting Coordination

Involvement in scheduling, catering, and AV/IT setup.
