A prestigious corporate office in Dublin is looking for a Corporate Concierge and Receptionist to create a professional, welcoming, and engaging workplace experience. ✉️Service Request Handling – Address and log all colleague requests or concerns, ensuring prompt follow-up and resolution.
🕵️Concierge & Workplace Services Support – Assist with meeting room coordination, A/V troubleshooting, event support, and onboarding of new colleagues.
📄Maintenance & Issue Reporting – Monitor office spaces, submit maintenance requests, and escalate issues to the appropriate teams.
💻Technology & Digital Tools – Utilise workplace management software to maintain records, track services, and ensure operational efficiency.
⚠️Emergency & Security Response – Follow safety protocols, respond efficiently to incidents, and escalate issues as needed.
📰Brand & Platform Management – Curate content for internal workplace platforms, ensuring alignment with corporate branding.
Requirements:
Essential Requirements:
✅ People-Focused Experience – At least 3 years in a concierge, hotel reception and customer service, front desk, or workplace operations role.
✅ Service Excellence – Proven ability to deliver consistently high-quality customer service at scale.
✅ Computer Skills -At least 4-5 years experience using Microsoft Office (in particualar MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
✅ Communication & Professionalism – Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently at all levels.
✅ Warm & Engaging Personality – Ability to assess situations, empathise, and offer support with a professional yet personable approach.
✅ Collaboration & Teamwork – A proactive team player with a history of working successfully across different departments.
✅ Problem-Solving Ability – Quick thinking and resourceful when handling workplace issues.
