About the Job

As a Commercial Property Manager, you will be a key member of the Dublin Property & Asset Management team, responsible for overseeing the management of a portfolio of client properties. Your role will involve ensuring high-quality service delivery, managing financial aspects, coordinating third-party suppliers, and identifying opportunities to add value for clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver consistent, high-quality property management services.
  • Oversee the transition of properties in and out of management.
  • Prepare data for financial reporting and quarterly performance updates.
  • Manage rents, service charges, and insurance premiums, ensuring timely invoice payments.
  • Supervise and evaluate the performance of third-party suppliers.
  • Review and approve service charge budgets and reconciliations.
  • Monitor service charge cash flow and budgets.
  • Identify and pursue cross-selling opportunities within the wider team.
  • Stay informed about market conditions, new ideas, and competitor activities.
  • Act on asset management opportunities and lead client meetings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Mentor and develop team members.
  • Collaborate with on-site Building Managers for daily operations and performance reviews.
  • Implement and manage Health and Safety and Insurance requirements.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 3-4 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Professional Certificate as a quantity surveyor is desirable but not essential.
  • High attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.
  • Team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proactive, enthusiastic, and adaptable.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective internal and external relationships.
  • Forward-thinking with a desire to progress and generate new business.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Ability to supervise and develop team members.
