Customer Support Administrator (Reception)

About the Role
This is a busy, front-line reception and coordination role. You’ll manage a high volume of inbound calls and act as the central point of contact for all departments—accurately routing enquiries, logging requests, and ensuring the right team responds quickly. Alongside switchboard duties, you’ll provide polished front-of-house service to visitors and maintain fast, accurate administrative support (emails, document prep, schedules, and follow-ups).
Success in this role depends on fluent English (spoken and written), excellent call control, confident triage, and the ability to multitask under time pressure while remaining calm, clear, and professional.
Key Responsibilities
Essential Requirements
- Experience
- 5+ years in a busy reception, customer support, or office administration role within a corporate or technical/service environment, including proven high-volume call handling.
- Communication
- Fluent English (spoken & written) is essential for call control, triage, and clear email responses.
- Call Handling
- Ability to manage a high-volume switchboard, prioritise queries, and route accurately as the central point of contact.
- IT Proficiency
- Strong MS Outlook, Word, and Excel; comfortable with shared inboxes, CRMs/ticketing, and digital logs (e.g., Salesforce advantageous).
- Organisation
- Calm under pressure; excellent multitasking, note-taking, and follow-through with attention to detail.
- Eligibility
- Right to work in Ireland required. Full on-site attendance in Dublin 14 (Monday–Friday).
Desirable Experience
- Central switchboard or contact-centre background in a corporate setting.
- Experience coordinating across multiple departments and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with basic facilities coordination and visitor management systems.
