Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Campus Facilities Manager to oversee the operations of a dynamic corporate campus in Shannon. This role entails managing a site of at least 84,000 square feet, ensuring operational excellence, tenant satisfaction, and adherence to health, safety, and sustainability standards. From coordinating maintenance and service contracts to managing budgets and property systems, you’ll be at the heart of delivering high-quality facilities management.

This is a prime opportunity for a Facilities Manager with at least three years of experience managing large-scale corporate sites or multiple facilities. The ideal candidate will have a background in commercial property or corporate facilities management, coupled with the relevant qualifications and certifications. Key Responsibilities

Estate Management:

  • Manage campus operations within defined budgets, ensuring optimal resource utilization.
  • Oversee planned and reactive maintenance, liaising with contractors through a purchase order system.
  • Review and approve invoices, maintain asset registers, and generate detailed budgetary reports.
  • Proactively engage with tenants to address concerns and ensure seamless operations.
  • Monitor and implement Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead on-site teams, delivering regular training and operational support.
  • Conduct team meetings and oversee progress in achieving property management objectives.
  • Negotiate and manage service contracts with external vendors and contractors.
  • Prepare comprehensive property condition reports for stakeholders.

Operational Excellence:

  • Conduct regular property inspections and maintain preventative maintenance schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and insurance requirements.
  • Leverage technology solutions for efficient property management and reporting.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience managing large corporate facilities or multiple sites.
  • Relevant qualifications in Property or Facilities Management (e.g., bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management or related field).
  • Professional certifications such as Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or Facility Management Professional (FMP) are highly desirable.
  • Technical expertise in building services, health and safety, and preventative maintenance.
  • Strong organizational and IT skills for managing property systems and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with a team-oriented mindset.
