About the Role
We’re hiring an Admissions Administrator to join a prestigious private educational institution in Dublin. This permanent, full-time, office-based position acts as the first and continuous point of contact for prospective families—from initial enquiry through to the enrolment of new students.
The purpose of the role is to provide focused, high-quality customer care throughout the admissions journey and to represent the school with professionalism, discretion, and compassion. The successful candidate will develop strong relationships with prospective families, support word-of-mouth referrals, and maintain positive engagement—even when communicating difficult news. This is a fast-paced, administration-heavy role with a strong focus on parent liaison, soft selling, and judgement-led communication.

Annual salary depending on experienceWhat You’ll Be Doing
- Primary contact for parents throughout the admissions process
- Respond to phone, email, and in-person queries
- Handle both successful and unsuccessful outcomes with empathy
- Promote the school’s offering with soft selling techniques
- Coordinate Open Days and parent events
- Maintain accurate records using Salesforce (training provided)
- Liaise with admin and academic teams for student onboarding
- Support positive parent referrals through excellent service
What You’ll Need to Succeed
Experience | 5+ years in a professional, English-speaking, customer-facing role (e.g. banking, insurance, aviation, legal). |
Communication | Empathetic and confident communicator with excellent verbal and written English. |
Organisation | Detail-focused, reliable, and capable of managing high-volume administrative tasks. |
Technical Skills | Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM experience (e.g. Salesforce) preferred. |
Professionalism | Discreet, compassionate, and polished in all interactions with families and staff. |
Legal Work Status | You must have the legal right to work and reside in Ireland without restriction. This role does not qualify for visa sponsorship. |
