Getting your professional details
We’ll ask you to bring us up to speed on you by filling in some applicant/candidate details. Depending on your profession and industry we may ask you to complete a skills assessment. This enables us to match your needs to those required by our clients.
We will also ask for a copy of your CV. Many clients like to see CV’s as well as hear details from a consultant, before they decide whom they would like to interview. Please upload a copy of your curriculum vitae now.

Pre-interview briefing
Before you interview with any of our clients we strongly recommend we arrange a preinterview briefing. This could take place either online or here in our offices in Ballsbridge. We will have a considerable amount of information about company culture, and about what it takes to succeed in this company.
Post interview debriefing
Once your interview is finished we will want to know how you got along. We would appreciate if you called us to let us know. Depending on when we speak to a client we may have some useful information for you too. Either way it is excellent post interview practice to compare notes with us.
