About the Job:
The permanent corporate executive receptionist position at our client’s accounting practice will serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a warm and professional welcome while managing front desk operations. This role is integral to the smooth operation of the office, requiring someone with significant experience in similar high-end, formal corporate settings, such as legal or professional services firms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Front Desk Management: Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing a professional and courteous reception.
- Administrative Support: Manage front desk operations, ensure the reception area is always tidy and organised, and handle incoming calls and messages efficiently.
- Appointment Coordination: Schedule client appointments and manage meeting room bookings, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
- Client Relations: Act as a liaison for communication within the organisation, ensuring inquiries are addressed promptly and professionally.
- Office Security: Monitor access and control visitor entry to maintain a secure office environment.
- General Office Duties: Assist with various administrative tasks to support the team and partners.

- Experience: Minimum of 4-5 years’ experience as a receptionist within a formal corporate setting, preferably in an accountancy or legal firm.
