About the Job
We are seeking an experienced Employment Law Solicitor with over 3 years of post-qualified experience to join a highly respected Employment Law group. This role offers the opportunity to develop a long-term career within a top-ranking team, handling both employer and employee cases, thereby providing a comprehensive 360-degree experience of employment law.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice on employment law, including litigation, contentious matters, transactions, and advisory work.
- Represent clients in employment-related disputes and negotiations.
- Advise on staff incentive programmes, share option schemes, RSUs, and similar benefit schemes.
- Keep abreast of evolving employment law practices to offer practical and innovative solutions to clients.
- Collaborate with a talented team to deliver client-focused legal solutions.
- Maintain high standards of client service and professionalism.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 3 years’ post-qualified experience in employment law.
- Proven experience in litigation, contentious matters, transactions, and advisory work.
- Strong understanding of staff incentive programmes and benefit schemes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- High degree of professionalism and client service orientation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in using legal research and technology tools.
