Overview:
Our client, a global leader in building management services, is looking for temporary receptionist to look after the front desk of their major Limerick city centre office. This position requires delivering a first-class reception service, managing visitor interactions, and maintaining the operational standards of office equipment and meeting rooms.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet, sign in, and announce visitors, providing a welcoming environment.
- Handle incoming communications, including emails and telephone messages.
- Manage and distribute mail and deliveries efficiently.
- Schedule and prepare meeting rooms, including AV checks and liaising with IT for equipment functionality.
- Administer room bookings and ensure that additional meeting requirements such as catering and stationery are met.
- Maintain robust client relationships, ensuring all client needs are anticipated and met.
