Job Interviews

We aim to organise interviews for you as soon as possible after you register with us. Remember – we have obligations to both you, our candidate and also our clients.  We really don’t like to let anyone down.  So, if you should have any doubts at all about a job or about going to an interview, let us know as soon as you possibly can.

Pre-interview briefing

It is always best if we can arrange to meet for a pre-interview briefing. This can take the form of an in-person meeting or even a virtual one. Plus, we will also give you some fresh information on how you’ll make your interview a success.

After Your Interview

It’s important that once your interview is concluded you contact us, as soon as you can. We’ll want to know how it went for you and what impressions you took away from the experience. We will also be following up the interview with the client. We will, of course, contact you with feedback from them.

When you are successful

When an interview results in a job offer we will contact you immediately to let you know. If you wish to accept, we will arrange starting dates and any other details important to you. 

Keeping busy in the meantime

While we are working on finding the right type of opportunities for you, we may be able to offer you suitable temporary assignments too! 

Taking a temporary position offers you three benefits.  Firstly, companies quite often offer permanent jobs to candidates who have proved their worth.
