About the Role

As the first point of contact for students, parents, and staff, you’ll manage reception, coordinate student services, and respond to queries promptly and courteously. You will keep accurate records, support meetings and events, and ensure communications are clear, timely, and professional. The role suits an organised administrator who thrives in a fast-paced, service-led environment and takes pride in accuracy, discretion, and follow-through.

Essential Requirements

Experience
3–4 years in a front-line administrative, customer service, or educational office role.
Communication
Fluent English (written & spoken) with excellent interpersonal and telephone skills; able to manage sensitive situations professionally.
Technical Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook; experienced with administrative/CRM systems for student or client records.
Organisation & Accuracy
Strong time management, attention to detail, and capability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
Professionalism
Dependable, courteous, calm under pressure, with a service-driven mindset.
Eligibility
Legal right to work in Ireland is essential (no sponsorship; student permissions such as Stamp 1G/Stamp 2 are not eligible).

Desirable Attributes

  • Experience within an educational or student services environment.
  • Familiarity with helpdesk or service ticketing tools.
  • Strong initiative, problem-solving, and a proactive, team-focused approach.

Application & Offer

Permanent role (subject to 3-month probation), Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:30 (40 hours). Salary Up to a Maximum of €35,000, Non-Negotiable.
