About the Role
We’re hiring a Hard Services Lead to oversee technical facilities operations for a leading corporate office in Dublin 2. This position is responsible for managing the delivery of hard services—mechanical and electrical—across the site. You’ll lead both internal teams and external contractors to ensure best-in-class building performance and compliance.

- Oversee daily operations and manage hard services delivery
- Lead a team of technicians and supervise contractors
- Ensure mechanical, electrical and safety systems run efficiently
- Maintain records and ensure full statutory compliance
- Develop and implement planned preventative maintenance
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver seamless FM support
- Monitor performance against KPIs and SLAs
What You’ll Need to Succeed
| Experience | Minimum 5 years in commercial FM with M&E experience |
| Trade Qualification | Certified qualification in mechanical or electrical discipline is essential |
| Leadership | Proven ability to supervise staff and manage vendors |
| Technical | Strong knowledge of building systems and compliance |
| Communication | Fluent English and confident interpersonal skills |
| Legal Work Status | Must have legal right to live and work in Ireland without restriction. No visa sponsorship available. |
