Hall Recruitment today announced JobSpec.ai, a free online tool that generates ready-to-advertise job descriptions and market-tested salary bands in seconds. The service is aimed at HR teams and business owners who need to move quickly from “We need someone” to first-round interviews—without trawling salary guides or re-drafting the same role profile for the umpteenth time.
