Overview
We are recruiting an experienced Temporary Corporate Receptionist to support the front-of-house operations within a highly professional, fast-paced corporate setting. This pivotal role ensures the smooth flow of executive communications, visitor management, and administrative support. It offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure within a global office environment while delivering excellent service to senior leadership and clients.
Responsibilities
- Manage front-of-house and act as the primary point of contact for senior guests and clients.
- Operate a multi-line switchboard and handle executive-level call management.
- Coordinate high-level meetings, including room bookings, catering, and IT requirements.
- Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
- Support executive teams by handling confidential correspondence and access control.
- Maintain building entry logs, visitor management records, and adhere to all security protocols.
- Escalate service issues and follow through on resolution in a professional manner.
- Contribute to maintaining and improving front-of-house standard operating procedures.
Candidate Requirements
Experience | Minimum 3–5 years in a front-of-house, corporate receptionist, or executive assistant role within a professional office or multinational business environment. |
Communication Skills | Exceptional verbal and written English, with the ability to interact confidently with senior executives and external stakeholders. Professional telephone and email etiquette is essential. |
Technical Skills | Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel. Comfortable managing shared calendars, room booking systems, and switchboard operations. Experience with CRM platforms is a distinct advantage. |
Professionalism | Maintains a high standard of personal presentation, discretion, and reliability. Demonstrates sound judgment, tact, and confidentiality in dealing with sensitive information and high-level stakeholders. |
Organisation | Exceptionally well-organised, with strong time-management and multitasking capabilities. Able to remain calm and efficient in a busy, high-pressure corporate environment. |
Availability | Immediate availability required, with a commitment to the full contract duration from 30th June to 5th December 2025. |
