About the Role

We’re recruiting an experienced HR Administrator to join an established professional services firm based in Dublin 3. As the sole HR professional on site, you’ll work closely with senior leadership to support over 100 employees. This is a broad generalist role where you’ll be responsible for all HR functions including recruitment, compliance, benefits administration, and performance support.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Maintain and update confidential employee records and files
  • Coordinate full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Administer employee benefits including pensions, healthcare, and leave tracking
  • Organise and document staff performance reviews and training records
  • Ensure compliance with Irish employment legislation and internal policies
  • Manage staff absences, disciplinary procedures, and employee engagement initiatives
  • Support general office operations such as archiving and HR reporting

What You’ll Need to Succeed

QualificationsCIPD qualification required. Additional academic credentials in HR, Business, or Employment Law desirable.
Experience4–5 years in a senior HR Generalist or standalone role, ideally with 100+ staff.
HR KnowledgeProven expertise in recruitment, performance, engagement, and compliance.
Employment LawStrong understanding of Irish employment legislation and policy.
TechnologyAdvanced Microsoft Office skills – Excel (pivot tables, formulas), Word, Outlook.
CommunicationExcellent English, confident with directors and senior managers.
Autonomy & DiscretionCapable of handling sensitive HR matters independently with professionalism.

Experience improving or establishing HR procedures.
