You’ll also organise Open Days and key events, collaborating with a close-knit administrative team. This is an ideal role for candidates with 5+ years in customer-facing roles such as aviation, banking, or legal services.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to enquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Communicate admissions decisions with clarity and empathy
- Coordinate Open Days and information evenings
- Maintain accurate records using Salesforce (training provided)
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth administration
Requirements
Experience | 5+ years in a professional, English-speaking, customer-facing role (e.g. banking, credit unions, aviation, legal) |
Communication | Confident, personable, and diplomatic with strong verbal and written skills |
Organisation | Detail-oriented, reliable, and responsive with strong follow-up |
