About the Role:
We are recruiting a Client Services Rep for a well-established wealth management firm in Ballymount, Dublin 12. This temporary role is expected to last 4 to 8 weeks, with the potential for extension.
The role is fully office-based and involves client interaction, administrative support, and coordination of daily operations. Immediate availability is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Service:
- Handle inbound calls and enquiries from new clients, acting as the first point of contact.
- Promote company services and book clients onto scheduled webinars.
- Arrange meetings and follow-ups for the Business Development Manager and Financial Advisors.
- Support client qualification processes, particularly for high-net-worth individuals.
Office Administration:
- Maintain supplies, manage office upkeep, and coordinate with external service providers.
- Welcome visitors and clients on arrival, ensuring a professional experience.
- Manage meeting room bookings and help prepare for company events.
PA Support (Ad-hoc):
- Assist the CEO with diary management, appointment confirmations, and travel arrangements.
- Carry out occasional personal assistance tasks as needed.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in customer service within banking, financial services, or insurance.
- Previous job titles of interest:
Banking Customer Service Associate, Customer Support Agent (Banking), Client Relationship Officer, Financial Services Administrator. - Fluent English, both written and verbal.
- At least 2 years’ experience in an English-speaking office environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly:
- Outlook (calendar and inbox management)
- Word (document formatting)
- Excel (basic data entry and spreadsheet use)
- Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM system.
- Full driving licence and access to personal transport – essential due to location.
- Professional, reliable, and confident dealing with high-net-worth clients.
